This pre-World-Cup period is the perfect time for parents to coax their budding football stars to sit up and take note of what makes good footie fuel. It’s something that David and his team at the academy take seriously and I was flattered to be asked to help them to teach the youngsters who pass through its doors that nutrition can help them to feel great.
